Smart Install Planet began in Hong Kong as a field-service team installing point-of-sale systems for local retailers. Word travelled — first across the neighbourhoods of Kowloon, then across borders, as brands asked us to deliver the same reliability in their other markets.

As our clients' stores grew more connected, the hardware alone wasn't enough. They needed custom software to drive their signage networks, synchronize their inventory, and replace the spreadsheets holding their operations together. So we built an engineering team — specialists in web technologies and Microsoft's .NET platform — and made custom software a core part of who we are.

Today we serve clients across Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East and the Americas, with the same principle we started with: show up, do it properly, stand behind the work.
