Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Smart Install Planet website and any enquiries you make through it. Specific services (installation projects, software development, support retainers) are governed by individual written agreements signed with each client, which take precedence over these terms where they conflict.

Smart Install Planet Limited, a Hong Kong company, provides retail technology installation (point of sale, digital signage, kiosks, networking, security) and custom software development (web and .NET) services. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables of any engagement are defined in the applicable agreement or quotation.

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and are subject to site surveys or technical scoping. An engagement begins only upon written acceptance (including by email) of a quotation or signed agreement by both parties.

All content on this website is the property of Smart Install Planet Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Ownership of custom software developed for a client is allocated in the applicable development agreement. Pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain our property.

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, and our aggregate liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where a signed agreement provides otherwise or where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting its operation, or using it to transmit unlawful or harmful content.

This website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes not resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
